1. The LED light strips produced by ordinary LED welding spot light strip manufacturers are produced by SMT patch process, solder paste soldering process and remelting soldering process. However, the solder joints of the fake LED strips are not uniform, and the solder feet are mostly wrapped with dots. 2. From the point of view of the quality of flexible circuit boards, flexible circuit boards are divided into copper cladding and calendered copper cladding. The copper foil of the copper clad is protruding. If you look closely, you can see from the joint between the pad and the flexible circuit board. And the rolled copper is in close contact with the FPC, which can be bent at will without the phenomenon of pad falling off. If the copper clad laminate is bent too much, the liner will fall off, and if the temperature is too high during maintenance, the liner will fall off.
3. Check the cleanliness of the surface of the LED strip. The LED strips produced by SMT process have good surface cleanliness, free of impurities and stains. However, if the Shanzhai LED strip is manufactured by manual soldering, no matter how it is cleaned, there will be stains and cleaning marks on the surface, and there will be flux and tin residue on the surface of the flexible circuit board.
4. Ordinary LED light strips will be packaged with anti-static coils, usually 5 meters or 10 meters per roll, and then sealed with anti-static and moisture-proof packaging bags. The counterfeit version of the LED light strip will use a recyclable coil tray, because it saves costs, there is no anti-static and moisture-proof packaging bag. Carefully observe the coil tray, you can see the marks and scratches left after the label is removed.
5. Look at ordinary LED light bags and roll trays will be printed with labels instead of printed labels. Copycat label printing, the specification parameters are not uniform.
6. The rules of accessories LED light strips are accompanied by instructions for use and the specifications of the light strips in the packaging box, and LED light strip connectors or card sockets are also provided; the anti-counterfeiting version of the LED lights has no accessories in the packaging box because Some manufacturers can save them all.
