How to maintain the LED display?

LED display screens have gradually become the mainstream products in the market, and they can be seen everywhere in outdoor buildings, stages, stations and other places. But, do you know how to maintain them? Especially the outdoor advertising screens face a harsher environment and require maintenance, so that they can better serve us. First, the power supply must be stable, and the grounding protection must be good. The power supply must be cut off under severe weather such as thunder and lightning.
Second, the screen of the LED display screen is exposed to the outdoors for a long time, it will inevitably be exposed to wind and sun, and the surface is also dusty. The surface of the screen cannot be wiped directly with a damp cloth. You can wipe it with alcohol or use wool Brush and vacuum cleaner to remove dust.
Third, when using, first turn on the control computer to make it run normally before turning on the led display; after use, turn off the display first, and then turn off the computer.
Fourth, water is strictly prohibited inside the display, and combustible and easily conductive metal objects are strictly prohibited from entering the display to avoid short-circuiting of the equipment and fire. If water enters, please immediately cut off the power supply and contact the maintenance personnel, until the display panel in the screen is dry before use.
Fifth, it is recommended that the LED display has a rest for at least 10 hours a day, and use it at least once a week during the rainy season. Generally, the screen should be turned on at least once a week and lit for more than 1 hour.
Sixth, do not forcefully cut off at will, and do not frequently turn off and turn on the power supply of the display screen, so as to avoid excessive current, excessive heating of the power cord, damage to the LED core, and affect the service life of the display screen. Do not disassemble or splice the screen arbitrarily!
Seventh, the large LED screen needs to be checked regularly to see if it is working properly, and the damaged circuit should be repaired or replaced in time. The main control computer and other related equipment should be placed in an air-conditioned and dusty room to ensure the computer's ventilation and heat dissipation and stable operation. Non-professionals are forbidden to touch the internal wiring of the screen to avoid electric shock or damage to the wiring. If there is a problem, you should ask a professional for inspection and repair.
