How to choose a light strip?

1. Look at spot welding. Generally, LED light strips produced by reliable manufacturers are used in SMT patch technology, using flux paste and flow-back welding technology. Therefore, the spot welding of the LED light strip is very wet, the amount of solder wire is very small, and the spot welding is arc-shaped. The spot welding of fake and inferior LED lights is uneven, and many layers of small circles enclose the welding holes, which endangers the beauty and generosity. 2. Look at the quality of FPC. FPC has two types: copper-clad and injection-molded copper. The copper deposit of copper-clad coin is protruding. The injection molded copper is connected with the FPC, which can be bent at will, and the solder layer is not easy to fall off. If the copper deposit is bent, the solder layer will fall off. 3. Look at the cleanliness of the surface of the LED strip. The strip of SMT processing technology is very easy to clean, and residues and dirt are basically seen on the surface. If the hand-soldering process of the lamp belt, how to wash the surface, will leave some dirt and clean up marks. 4. Look at the packaging. The light strips of reliable manufacturers are all packaged in anti-static tube material trays, usually five-meter rolls or ten-meter rolls, and they are sealed with anti-static and waterproof packaging bags. In order to better save costs, fake and inferior light strips use no anti-static and waterproof packaging bags, and the quality is not guaranteed. 5. Look at the logo of the light strips produced by reliable manufacturers. The packaging bags and tube trays are all printed with packaging logos, not copied logos. The fake and inferior light strip logo is copied, and the main parameters are all different.
