1. Encapsulation: It depends on whether it is resin encapsulation or silicone encapsulation. Resin encapsulation is relatively cheap due to its poor heat dissipation effect, and there is no difference between the two.

Soldering seam: High-quality LED light bar uses solder paste and reflow soldering technology (a very important surface mount technology), so the arc of the soldering seam will be very clear and small, which can effectively prevent circuit board welding The disk falls off.
3. Color consistency: Some small manufacturers do not have spectrophotometers, so their LED lights are not up to the standard, because LED lights without color separation cannot emit bright and soft lights.

The copper foil of the sub-clad copper circuit board is protruding, and you can find it by carefully observing the connection between the pad and the EPC. The rolled copper circuit board that is tighter connected to the EPC can be bent at will without falling off.
