Temporary use of electricity should meet the requirements of 'Technical Specification for Temporary Use of Electricity at Construction Sites'. Attention should be paid in specific work:
1. Install switches and fuses on the power supply terminal and the operating place.
2. The insulation performance of hand-held power tools must meet the technical requirements.
3. The installation position of the motor and operation switch should be within sight.
4. When the temporary electricity is used for a long time, a special person should be designated to overhaul the temporarily installed equipment and lines.
(2). Safety during live work refers to overhauling work on live equipment, near live objects, or on the housing of live equipment.
1. The following safety requirements shall be met when working with electricity:
(1). Strictly implement the guardianship system. The guardian must undergo professional technical training, hold a special operation certificate, and have practical experience in live work.
(2), to meet the safety distance regulations, the low pressure is 0.2 meters, and the high pressure below 10 kV is 0.7 meters.
(3). The working time should not be too long to avoid distracting energy.
(4). Use safety equipment with insulation protection, wear long-sleeved clothes, wear a safety helmet, and wear a seat belt when operating at high altitudes or on poles.
(5). Do not work between bare wires that have not been protected and isolated.

2. Disconnection and wiring sequence during live working:
Conduct disconnection and wiring on the premise of determining the phase and neutral wires. When disconnecting the wire, first disconnect the phase line and then the neutral line. When connecting wires, connect the neutral wire first, and then the phase wire.
(3). Safety during power outage inspection refers to the inspection and repair of electrical equipment and lines after total or partial power outages.

(1). Disconnect the switches and knives that may be sent to the maintenance equipment and circuits.
(2). A warning sign saying 'No closing or work is prohibited' is hung on the disconnected switch and knife handle.

2. Work sequence of power outage maintenance:
(1), first do the switching operation.
(2). Use portable grounding wires and insulating rods to discharge power capacitors and cables.

(4), check and repair only after confirming that there is no electricity.
3. Power transmission sequence after overhaul:
(1). Thoroughly clean up tools and equipment on site.
(2), remove the portable ground wire, temporary fence or shield.
