Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Daxing Biomedicine Base—Beijing Bioengineering and Pharmaceutical Industry Base is located in the southern part of Daxing District, Beijing. It is an important part of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. The industrial base fully enjoys the land, tax and other preferential policies of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park.
The overall planning area of u200bu200bthe industrial base is 28 square kilometers. The planning scope starts from the Sixth Ring Road in the north, Weiyong Road in the south, Yongding River in the west, and Jingkai Expressway in the east. The first-phase industrial land is 9.67 square kilometers, and a detailed control plan has been obtained. The park has abundant land resources development space.
The industrial base is mainly composed of four types of functional areas:
Ru0026D and business incubation zone: attract domestic and foreign scientific research institutes and universities to enter the park to establish Ru0026D institutions and technology-based enterprises, establish a batch of key technology pilot scale-up platforms, accelerate the transformation of biotechnology achievements, and incubate with industrialization Technological achievements of development conditions and high-growth technological enterprises;
Production and processing zone: Introduce and build a batch of enterprises to establish industrial development and production bases for different bioengineering and pharmaceutical products to drive the rapid development of the zone;
Trade Logistics Zone: Establish and improve service systems such as trade, commerce, finance, law, consulting, and information;
Living service area: Gradually establish a service system such as commercial and residential, education, entertainment, and medical care.
