What standards should the municipal road lighting project meet?

Municipal road lighting is not only an important part of the city's night scene, but also assumes many urban functions, such as ensuring the safety of vehicles and pedestrians at night, creating a comfortable visual environment, improving traffic efficiency, and reducing crime rates. The standards of    municipal road lighting project are:

  

   (1) The dimensions of street lamp foundation and equipment foundation, the specifications and spacing of embedded parts, reserved holes, and foot bolts shall meet the requirements of architectural design.

  

   (2) The verticality of the light pole ≤ 3mm/m.

  

   (3) The installation position of the street light pole: the deviation of the light pole from the center line is ≤50mm.

  

   (4) The grounding resistance of the metal pole of the street lamp is ≤10Ω.

  

   (5) The grounding resistance of the street light control box and distribution box ≤ 4Ω.

  

   (6) Insulation resistance value of street light control box, distribution box and feeder circuit (phase to phase, to ground) ≥ 0.5MΩ.

  

   (7) The phase sequence of the street lamp power supply should meet the design requirements.

  

   (8) The street lamp should light up normally after starting.

  

   (9) The light control and time control functions of street lamps should meet the requirements of lighting design.

  

   The selection of lighting sources for municipal roads should meet the following requirements:

  

   (1) The express road, main road, sub-main road and branch road should adopt LED light source or high pressure sodium lamp.

  

   (2) LED light sources, high-pressure sodium lamps or low-power metal halide lamps should be used on mixed traffic roads for motor vehicles and pedestrians in residential areas.

  

   (3) LED light sources or metal halide lamps can be used on motor vehicle traffic roads with high color recognition requirements such as downtowns and commercial centers.

  

   (4) LED light sources, low-power metal halide lamps, thin-tube fluorescent lamps or compact fluorescent lamps can be used for pedestrian streets in commercial areas, pedestrian roads in residential areas, and sidewalks on both sides of motor vehicle traffic roads.

  

The selection of    municipal road lighting lamps and their accessories should meet the following requirements:

  

   (1) When high pole lighting is used, floodlights or cast light fixtures with appropriate power and light distribution should be selected according to the characteristics of the place.

  

   (2) When using closed road lighting fixtures, the protection level of the light source cavity should not be lower than IP54. For roads and places with serious environmental pollution and difficult maintenance, the protection level of the light source cavity should not be lower than IP65. The protection level of the electrical cavity of the lamp shall not be lower than IP43.

  

   (3) Areas or places with high levels of corrosive gases such as acid and alkali in the air should use lamps with good corrosion resistance.

  

   (4) In places prone to strong vibrations such as large bridges passing motor vehicles, the lamps used should meet the anti-vibration requirements specified in the current national standard 'General Safety Requirements and Experiments for Lamps and lanterns' GB7000.1.

  

   (5) High-intensity gas discharge lamps should be equipped with energy-saving inductive ballasts, and light sources with lower power can be equipped with electronic ballasts.

  

   (6) The installation distance between the trigger, ballast and light source of the high-intensity gas discharge lamp should meet the requirements of the product.
