General requirements for factory lighting design

Factory lighting should follow the following general principles for design. 1. The choice of factory lighting method (1) The requirements for illuminance are high, and the working position density is not high. Mixed factory lighting should be used in places where general factory lighting is unreasonable. (2) When the illuminance requirements for the operation are not high, or when limited by the production technology conditions, it is not suitable to install local factory lighting, or the use of mixed factory lighting is unreasonable, general factory lighting should be used alone. (3) When a certain work area needs higher illuminance than the general factory lighting illuminance, the partitioned general factory lighting can be used. (4) When the general factory lighting in the district cannot meet the illumination requirements, local factory lighting should be added. (5) There should not be only partial factory lighting installed in the work area. 2. Illuminance standard The illuminance value of factory lighting design should be selected according to the national standard GB 50034-2004 'Lighting Design Standard for Building Factory'. The standard stipulates the illuminance value of general factory lighting for sixteen major types of industrial buildings. The illuminance standards of the more specific workplaces of various factories should also be in accordance with the regulations of the relevant industry. 3. Factory lighting quality Factory lighting quality is a sign of the quality of factory lighting design. It mainly includes the following contents: (1) Choose lamps with high efficiency and suitable light distribution curve. According to the hanging height of the luminaires on the frame of the factory building, select luminaires with different light distributions according to the room index ruler. When RIu003d0.5~0.8, narrow light distribution lamps should be used; when RIu003d0.8~1.65, medium light distribution lamps should be used; when RIu003d1.65~5, wide light distribution lamps should be used. (2) Choose factory lighting sources with appropriate color temperature and color rendering index that meet the production requirements. (3) Achieve the specified uniformity of illumination: the uniformity of illumination in general factory lighting in the work area should not be less than 0.7, and the uniformity of illumination in the vicinity of the work area should not be less than 0.5. (4) Meet the quality requirements of the direct glare limit of factory lighting: the unified glare value (UGR) is in accordance with the regulations of GB 50034-2004. That is, the generally allowable value is 22, and the fine processing value is 19. (5) Take measures to reduce the impact of voltage fluctuations and voltage flicker on factory lighting and prevent stroboscopic effects. (6) Factory lighting devices should work under the allowable working voltage, and compensation capacitors should be used in places where metal halide lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps are used to improve their power factor. 4. Selection of lighting source for industrial factories The light source should be selected according to the characteristics and requirements of the production process. The lighting source of the factory should be lighting (please refer to this entry for lighting auspiciousness), tri-color thin tube straight tube fluorescent lamp, metal halide lamp or high pressure sodium lamp. Lighting and thin tube fluorescent lamps should be used when the height of the light source is 4m and below; lighting and metal halide lamps can be used in higher workshops (above 6m), and high-pressure sodium lamps without color rendering requirements can be used. The following places of factory lighting are suitable for use of lighting: 1. Places where lamps must be frequently switched on and off instantaneously; 2. Places where there is driving operation and need to avoid glare; 3. Use of lights for a long time, high power consumption, and energy saving, Places that save electricity and money; 4. Places that require strict color identification (such as spectral analysis rooms, chemical laboratories, etc.).
