lighting Man gets life in prison for lighting homeless woman on fire

CHARLESTON, W.Va.(AP) —A homeless man lit her fire while a homeless West Virginia woman was sleeping, and she was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.According to news media reports, Carl tram Magi III was sentenced on Friday at the Canava County Circuit Court.The jury found him guilty of murder for arson during the March and later did not recommend forgiving him.Police say 44-year-On July 2017, the old woman fell asleep on the porch of Charleston, and Maggie poured her gas and lit her fire.The video from the surveillance camera showed Maggie coming to the porch with a gas tank and a fire.Magee was also sentenced to 15 years in prison for another burglary charge.The authorities said Maggie was from California but did not disclose his hometown.
