A: We are lighting factory. Our factory provide professional chandelier design, production, wholesale and custom service. 

After you arrive at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, please refer to the following route to our factory. Guangzhou(take a subway)→ Guangzhou South Railway Station(take a fast train)→Guzhen Station. We will pick you up at Guzhen Station.

Q2:Do you offer DESIGN or OEM service?

 A: Sure, we have our own design team, OEM&ODM are welcome. (need quantity required)

Q3: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. we always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Each product should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer. 

Q4: How to deal with transit damage caused by products ?

A: We use poly foam to wrap the glass pieces separately and fill the empty space with it, and packed with foam-padded wooden box, this kind of packing can make the products safe in transit. If the light is damaged when you receive the goods,do not hesitate to contact us by message,we must reply you within 24 hours.If you have any other problem about the item,you also can email to us, We are willing to service for you.
